Summary:
Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to enter into a covenant agreement for the ownership and maintenance of storm water facilities in Brookfield Subdivision, Phase 3.  The agreement assigns ownership and maintenance responsibilities to the developer.  Having the City as a party to the agreement ensures that the agreement cannot be removed without the City’s consent.
